These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OptomDirect web service (“the Service”). By signing up for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

  • The Service provides each account holder with their own independent subdomain web application.

  • Your subdomain and its contents are separate from other users; there is no aggregation of data between accounts.

  • Features and functionality may be updated or improved from time to time.

2. Data Ownership & Responsibility

  • You retain full ownership of all data, content, and files you upload or create within your subdomain.

  • The Service does not claim any rights over your data.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your data.

  • You acknowledge that you should maintain your own backups using the Board Export function, as no system is completely fail-proof.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Accounts are for the registered individual or business and may not be shared outside of your organization.

  • Any misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • The Service is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans.

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

  • Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Service Availability & Changes

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Maintenance, upgrades, and feature changes may occur from time to time.

6. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and delete your data at any time through your account settings.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

  • After termination, your data may be deleted following a reasonable retention period.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or business interruption.

  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Security

  • We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your data.

  • Each account’s data remains private to the account holder.

  • While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no online system can guarantee 100% protection.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
